A leading battery manufacturer is looking for a sales professional to drive growth and expand market presence in the UAE. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and identifying new opportunities. Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor’s degree, a track record in sales, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and fluency in English is essential, while Arabic is a plus. This full-time position is based in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion across assigned accounts and channels in the Middle East, with a strong focus on the UAE market for Angelo Po. This role will involve developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to strengthen market leadership.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with a strong commercial mindset and experience working with fast-moving consumer goods in a competitive environment. You should be comfortable operating in a regional, multicultural setting, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and navigating complex distribution and retail landscapes to deliver sustainable revenue growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Experience managing distributor, retailer, or key account relationships
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural, and regional business environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
Willingness to travel
