Job summary

Job description

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion across assigned accounts and channels in the Middle East, with a strong focus on the UAE market for Angelo Po. This role will involve developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to strengthen market leadership.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with a strong commercial mindset and experience working with fast-moving consumer goods in a competitive environment. You should be comfortable operating in a regional, multicultural setting, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and navigating complex distribution and retail landscapes to deliver sustainable revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Identify prospective customers within the Territory in accordance with the Angelo Po’s Customer Specifications;
  • Follow Angelo Po’s contract template to engage Customers in discussions about terms, bring to Angelo Po’s decisions required to conclude contract signing by the Angelo Po and facilitate the negotiation process by bringing the relevant parties toward this end;
  • Assist Customers, if requested, in the placement or processing of orders for the Products and issues arising out of contracts for the purchase of Products including any Product return arrangements;
  • Maintain good relations with Customers within the Territory and provide such Customers with services designed to promote sale of the Products;
  • Help manage relationships with Customers in accordance with such guidelines as are agreed with the Angelo Po from time to time;
  • Respond promptly to all inquiries from Customers, including complaints, request for additional features or performance, and reports of Product incidences and advise Angelo Po promptly of all such matters; and
  • Assist Angelo Po in introducing new Products within the Territory.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Experience managing distributor, retailer, or key account relationships

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural, and regional business environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus

Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage

Willingness to travel
