Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Indirect Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in real estate sales management and a strong track record in team leadership, ideally within a developer or related real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the Indirect Sales Team, ensuring successful sales performance.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth through indirect channels such as agents, brokers, and partnerships.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with partners and clients, ensuring ongoing engagement.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to leverage opportunities for growth.
- Analyze and interpret sales data to guide decision-making and track team performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with broader business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver insightful reports and presentations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of sales experience within real estate, brokerage, developer, or timeshare sectors, with at least 4 years in a management role.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in motivating and empowering sales teams.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; knowledge of real estate market trends and marketing strategies.
