About the Role

As a Jewellery Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our showroom. Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide a personalized shopping experience.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our jewellery collections, including materials, gemstones, and craftsmanship.
• Assist customers in product selection, offering expert advice and styling tips.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Ensure the showroom and display cases are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist with inventory management and stock counting.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a jewellery showroom, luxury retail, or fashion accessories.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A presentable and professional appearance.
• A passion for jewellery and an eagerness to learn about new products.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or other languages is a significant advantage.
