Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well‑established plastic trading business with a strong presence in domestic and export markets. Our client is seeking a proactive and results‑driven Sales Executive – Scrap Plastic Material to support business development and sales growth across India.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for scrap plastic materials (PET, HDPE, LDPE, PP, ABS, etc.).
  • Manage domestic sales and export inquiries, ensuring timely follow‑ups and closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with recyclers, processors, and trading partners.
  • Track market prices, demand‑supply trends, and competitor activity within India.
  • Coordinate with procurement, quality inspection, and logistics teams for smooth execution.
  • Assist in negotiating pricing, contracts, and payment terms with clients.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and client databases.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in scrap plastic sales, plastic recycling, or bulk commodity trading.
  • Strong knowledge of scrap plastic grades, sourcing, quality parameters, and pricing trends.
  • Experience handling domestic logistics and/or export documentation is preferred.
  • Good communication skills in English; regional language proficiency is an advantage.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple clients independently.
