• Promote and sell the center’s educational programs to prospective students and parents through phone calls, walk‑ins, and online inquiries.
• Respond to leads and follow up in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct consultations and provide detailed information on course offerings, schedules, and fees.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and enrollments in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with marketing to support campaign initiatives and events (e.g., open houses, school visits).
• Stay updated on program changes, competitor offerings, and market trends.
• Provide exceptional customer service before and after enrollment to ensure satisfaction and retention.
