Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong personal presence, character, and determination, along with an in-depth understanding of the regional transport landscape and trading markets. Key objectives of the role include delivering targeted truck volumes and freight forwarding jobs, supporting colleagues in developing multi-level stakeholder relationships, and ensuring strong market awareness of the advantages offered by our transport operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To ensure efficient communication between our customer base, influential stakeholders and operational colleagues. Most especially in areas of execution relating to our contractual obligations and service delivery.
  • To suggest, arrange and participate in customer entertainment, relationship building activities and functions.
  • To act as liaison and first point of entry on customer claims and needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis on complex business propositions, present outcome and findings to stakeholder groups and senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Degree Or Relevant Post Graduation is Sales and Marketing preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics.
  • Ability to present findings and recommendations to Senior Management via reports and presentations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
  • Presentation skills.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in transport sales or freight forwarding sales.
