About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Showroom Manager to join our dynamic team in the automotive sector.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities generating qualified leads and driving growth by aligning client needs with market trends. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong communication skills a deep understanding of customer behavior and the ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify research and pursue potential business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Develop a deep understanding of a broad range of automotive products including their codes and specifications.
  • Assess client requirements and align solutions with current market trends and product availability.
  • Maintain consistent and structured followups with prospects clients and key stakeholders.
  • Lead endtoend sales cycles including virtual and inperson interactions to secure business deals.
  • Efficiently utilize a complex ERP system for managing product data sales information and client records.
  • Serve as the key point of contact between clients and internal departments ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in business development or sales preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong research and leadgeneration skills.
  • Exceptional communication presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Deep understanding of client behavior and the ability to approach accordingly.
  • Confident professional and clientfocused demeanor.
  • Excellent problemsolving capabilities with the ability to work under pressure.

  • Awareness of market trends and demand dynamics in the automotive sector.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong overall computer literacy.
Languages:
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required
  • Proficiency in at least one additional language is highly preferred: French Russian Spanish Portuguese or Chinese
