Job description

We are hiring a driven, well-spoken Sales Executive to grow revenue through the acquisition and development of customers across our telecom solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and consistently deliver against targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, and networking.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Present and explain telecom solutions clearly and confidently to customers.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets and activity KPIs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, activation, and after-sales support.
  • Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to support pricing and positioning discussions.
  • Support retention and upsell by understanding evolving customer needs.
Qualifications
  • 1–4 years of sales experience; telecoms, tech, or B2B experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, client visits, and consultative selling.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools.
