Job summary

A leading vehicle tracking company is looking for a Sales Executive in Dubai to identify business opportunities and acquire new customers. The successful candidate will maintain relationships with existing customers, achieve sales targets, and provide excellent customer service. Ideal candidates should have a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service is an advantage.
  • Technically independent with good initiative.
  • Able to work under pressure with coordination skills.

Responsibilities
  • Identifies business opportunities by establishing contacts with the fleet customer prospects and analyzing sales options.
  • Acquire new customers and maintain a good relationship with existing customers.
  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities.
  • Responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Presenting demonstrations on the Cartrack product and services.
  • Update CRM reports on a daily basis.
  • Responsible for achieving CRM weekly target for calls, leads, and meetings.
  • Explore creative ways and identify opportunities to sell or promote our products and services.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any related fields
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in English
  • Technically independent with good initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Hands-on and a positive attitude
