Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Field Sales Job - To identify, target, sales pitch & close deals with restaurant / food outlet partners and onboard them to the Careem Food Delivery network.
  • Restaurant types include large food chains (top tier), medium & small food outlets (long tail).
  • Identify high potential geographic clusters / localities within the city with high restaurant density, catering to various cuisines, and target them for Food Delivery business.
  • On-board partners already on other platforms & go beyond (build competitive edge by targeting & closing long tail). Use a Cluster by Cluster approach.
  • Negotiate & Close deals - including commercials, exclusivity, consumer deals & offers from restaurant partners.
What You'll Need
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and similar tools.
  • Passion for improving lives, excellence, customer service, aligned with core values: being bold, focused, agile, and collaborative.
  • Proven experience in acquisition roles with a track record in direct and channel sales, especially in closing deals.
  • Highly motivated with a hunting spirit to develop new opportunities and grow business in the Food/Service Providers space.
  • Team player, comfortable collaborating across teams and levels.
  • Good communication skills and solution-driven mindset.
  • Can-do attitude, creative thinking for building a business pipeline, and driving sustainable growth.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • At least 1-2 years experience in field sales or business development, with consistent achievement of targets.
  • Ability to work under pressure with limited resources, thinking of tech-based solutions.
  • Ownership, high energy, self-driven.
  • Tech-savvy, with an interest in Ecommerce/Internet-led business.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of Dubai & geographic landscape.
