The Opportunity

We are supporting the confidential appointment of a Sales Director – Land Sales to lead land sales activity for a large-scale, master-planned development platform in the UAE.

This role is designed for a senior sales leader with deep developer-side land sales experience and a strong track record engaging international, cross-border, and offshore investor markets. The position plays a key role in expanding global reach, structuring complex land transactions, and representing the development to sophisticated overseas buyers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute the land sales strategy across a master-planned development
  • Drive sales of development plots and large-scale land opportunities
  • Build and manage relationships with international, institutional, and offshore investors
  • Represent the developer to global buyer groups, funds, and strategic partners
  • Contribute to pricing strategy, deal structuring, and commercial negotiations
  • Partner closely with senior leadership on revenue planning and international market positioning
  • Lead and support senior sales professionals as required
Experience & Background
  • Demonstrated experience in land sales within a developer-led environment, preferably a master developer or large-scale real estate developer
  • Proven track record managing complex, high-value land transactions
  • Strong exposure to international, cross-border, and multi-market land sales
  • Experience engaging overseas, offshore, and non-resident land investors, including institutional buyers, funds, or global capital sources
  • Comfortable representing master developers to UK-, Europe-, and North America–based investor groups
  • Experience operating in structured, governance-led sales environments
