Sales Development Manager Water Utilities Gulf Region

Were looking for a dynamic Sales Development Manager to lead the charge in the Gulf regions Water Utility sector. If youre a strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and a passion for people this is your chance to make waves.

This role reports to the Area Sales Director WU - MENA and we will need someone on the ground in Dubai UAE.

What you’ll do:
  • Be the change agent for innovative offerings and solutions in Ground Water Intake (GWI) & Municipal Utilities (MUNI) markets.
  • Define and execute strategic plans in collaboration with the Area Sales Director.
  • Lead pilot programs to test new ideas and solutions because great ideas deserve a splash!
  • Engage deeply with end users sales channels and stakeholders through regular visits.
  • Analyze market intelligence and represent Grundfos at exhibitions and industry platforms.
  • Create synergy across product units and ensure knowledge sharing.
  • Drive actionable insights and business outcomes with a data-driven mindset.
Your background:
  • A bachelors degree in engineering (bonus points if youre passionate about water solutions). A masters degree in business/commercial is a plus
  • 5 - 10 years of experience including leadership of mid-to-large businesses.
  • Strategic planning and execution skills with a collaborative spirit.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and commercial acumen.
  • Experience managing complex projects and initiatives.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work across all levels of the organization.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic with willingness to travel (up to 40%).
