Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our Events Banquet and Catering (EBC) team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. In this role you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales efforts by coordinating high-level customer meetings, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth operations of our EBC.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule executive-level customer meetings and presentations at the EBC
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and tailor briefing agendas accordingly
  • Manage all aspects of visit logistics including travel arrangements, catering, and technology setup
  • Prepare and distribute briefing materials, agendas, and follow-up communications
  • Maintain accurate records of customer visits and outcomes in the CRM system
  • Assist in creating and updating sales presentations and marketing materials
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of customer briefings
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve the EBC experience
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting as needed
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, executive support, or a related role
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
