Job summary

A leading sales and sponsorship organization in Abu Dhabi seeks a Sales Coordinator to support their sales operations. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or Hospitality, along with 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination. Responsibilities include managing sales leads, processing reservations, and maintaining client databases. Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills are essential for delivering exceptional client service and meeting revenue objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and multi-channel ecosystems.
  • Preferred experience within tourism, hospitality, or commercial sales.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing day-to-day sales operations and lead follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service.
  • Manage and process group reservations and event bookings.
  • Prepare sales agreements and manage sales documentation.
  • Update and maintain the sales database.
