Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Sales and Leasing Consultant based in Ras Al Khaimah. The consultant will assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties, understand their needs, conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, maintain client relationships, research market trends, and manage property listings to meet organisational goals.

Qualifications
  • Proven sales and leasing expertise, including the ability to negotiate and close real‑estate transactions
  • Strong property marketing and real‑estate market research skills
  • Excellent relationship management, customer service, and communication skills
  • Proactive and self‑motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Familiarity with property management systems and real‑estate regulations in the UAE
  • Experience in the real‑estate industry, especially within Ras Al Khaimah, is a significant advantage
  • Proficiency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is a plus
