Qualifications

Job description

Role Overview

We are seeking a Revit Modeller to support the interior design team by producing high-quality technical drawings and BIM models. This role focuses on documentation, coordination, and accuracy, working closely with senior designers to translate design intent into detailed Revit outputs suitable for construction and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• BIM & Technical Documentation
• Develop and maintain detailed Revit models for interior design projects
• Produce construction drawings including plans, sections, elevations, details, and schedules
• Ensure models and drawings comply with project standards and BIM protocols
• Update drawings based on design changes and site feedback
• Design Coordination
• Work closely with Senior Interior Designers and Design Leads to understand design intent
• Coordinate interior models with architectural, MEP, and structural consultants
• Identify and resolve clashes or inconsistencies within the model
• Prepare drawing packages for tender, IFC, and construction stages
• Quality Control & Standards
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity across all Revit outputs
• Maintain file structure, naming conventions, and version control
• Support BIM audits and internal quality reviews
• Site & Execution Support
• Assist in responding to site RFIs related to drawings and models
• Revise drawings based on site conditions and as-built requirements
• Support shop drawing reviews and coordination where required

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Revit Modeler, preferably within interior design or architecture firms
• Strong experience producing interior fit-out and joinery drawings
• Exposure to commercial, hospitality, or residential projects preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit
• Strong understanding of construction detailing and interior fit-out systems
• Ability to work from sketches, markups, and design briefs
• Familiarity with BIM coordination workflows and clash detection
