We are presently seeking to hire a highly qualified Retail Brand Marketing Manager ensures the company’s products and processes meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards, and also ensures that franchise locations comply with INDPT quality standards and operational procedures. This role involves supervising the compliance team, conducting audits (of franchisees), developing quality assurance policies, and collaborating with departments to ensure continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Retail Implementation & Campaign Launch (The Core)

  • GTM Execution: Lead the launch plan execution for all new menus, seasonal campaigns, and promotions (e.g., the "Hareega" launch) across all store locations, ensuring timely installation and flawless representation of the brand concept.

  • Collateral Management: Own the full lifecycle of all in-store collateral, from design brief approval to final installation. This includes static menus, digital screen content, window decals, promotional cards, uniform accessories, and merchandising materials.

  • Visual Standards: Conduct regular store audits and establish a rigorous quality control system to ensure every store adheres strictly to the brand's visual identity, messaging, and operational aesthetic.

  • Agency & Supplier Management: Manage relationships with printing agencies, visual merchandising vendors, and local contractors to ensure competitive pricing, adherence to timelines, and consistent quality of all produced materials.

2. Operational Coordination & Communication

  • Marketing-to-Operations Translation: Act as the primary liaison between the Marketing team (campaign strategy) and the Operations team (in-store execution). Translate complex campaign briefs into simple, actionable rollout guides and training materials for store managers.

  • Store Support: Manage the process for stores requesting replacement collateral, ensuring rapid fulfillment while tracking inventory and managing reorder points to prevent stock-outs.

  • Budget & Inventory: Manage the allocated budget for collateral production and installation. Maintain a centralized inventory of permanent and seasonal collateral to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.

3. Brand Consistency & Compliance

  • Brand Guardian: Serve as the final approver for all in-store messaging, checking for alignment with brand voice, legal compliance, and regional/cultural sensitivities.

  • Training & Documentation: Develop and implement detailed visual merchandising guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the placement and maintenance of all marketing materials.

  • Feedback Loop: Establish a mechanism for collecting real feedback from store managers on the effectiveness, durability, and operational friction of new collateral, using this data to inform future design briefs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Retail Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or Trade Marketing, preferably within the QSR, Hospitality, or Premium Retail sector with a multi-store network.

  • Skills: Proven expertise in project management, print production, vendor management, and retail execution. Strong understanding of design principles and brand standards.

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello), Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and experience managing digital signage content systems is a plus.

  • Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, solution-focused, and comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity. Must possess strong communication skills to align diverse stakeholders (Creative, Operations, Procurement).
