Our restaurant in Abu-Dhabi is looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. This person would be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all guests receive excellent service. The successful candidate will also be expected to maintain high standards of customer service, operational efficiency, and food quality. The Restaurant Manager position offers a competitive salary of 1100 AED per month plus additional benefits.

We are looking for a friendly and professional individual with excellent communication skills who can motivate their team to deliver the best possible service to our customers. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years' experience in managing restaurants within the UAE or similar hospitality environment. They must be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills as well as being organized and able to multi-task effectively.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible managing all aspects of the restaurant operations including but not limited to: ensuring all staff adhere to safety and hygiene regulations; developing strategies to improve customer experience; developing marketing plans; leading training sessions for new staff members; overseeing financial management, budgeting and forecasting; supervising the maintenance of all equipment within the restaurant; creating weekly schedules for staff members; monitoring staff performance and providing feedback accordingly; responding efficiently and effectively to customer complaints or issues.
