Responsibilities
  • Set up the restaurant efficiently and accurately, including the tables, bar, and anti‑pasta/fish counter.
  • Actively participate in daily stand‑up briefings and taste panels.
  • Ensure knowledge and adherence to the Basic of the Day and the Food and Beverage Brand Standards.
  • Handle an assigned station and seek permission from a supervisor before leaving the floor.
  • Take and serve guest orders promptly according to Brand Standards, service sequence, and sales dialogue.
  • Monitor inventory for any 86 items.
  • Serve all beverages in accordance with Brand Standards and Use Records.
  • Answer guest questions about menu items, daily specials, and beverages, including knowledge of ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes; make appropriate suggestions and proactively up‑sell items.
  • Check food before serving to ensure correct appearance, temperature, and portions.
  • Operate the MICROS system accurately, including precise punching of orders and prompt bussing of tables after guests depart.
  • Maintain clean, stain‑free, and accurate table re‑setups, with special attention to detail.
  • Ensure side stations are clean and organized at all times and complete all assigned side work.
  • Carry out reasonable requests by management, which may involve working in or moving to another Food & Beverage outlet.
