Overview

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Reservations Agent (Turkish Speaker) to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for handling reservations, providing information, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences for our Turkish-speaking clientele.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from Turkish-speaking customers regarding reservations, bookings, and travel information
  • Process reservations accurately and efficiently using our reservation systems and booking tools
  • Provide detailed information about our products, services, pricing, and policies to customers
  • Assist customers with modifying or canceling existing reservations
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services when appropriate
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, special offers, and travel regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth customer experiences
  • Achieve performance targets and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings
Qualifications
  • Fluency in Turkish and English (written and verbal) is essential
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
  • Strong customer service orientation and empathetic approach to problem-solving
  • Proficiency in reservation systems and booking tools
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office and email applications

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry is advantageous
