Livbnb Holiday Homes is a fast-growing holiday home management company, committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maximizing returns for property owners. We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our team.

  • Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and booking platforms
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations
  • Manage bookings across OTAs and direct channels
  • Ensure rate and availability accuracy in the system
  • Process modifications, cancellations, and special requests
  • Coordinate with operations and housekeeping teams
  • Upsell add-on services and promotions when applicable
  • Maintain clear and professional guest communication
  • Meet response time, conversion, and occupancy targets
  • Experience in reservations, hospitality, customer service, or sales
  • Strong customer service and sales mindset
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required
  • Experience in holiday homes or short-term rentals
  • Knowledge of PMS systems
  • Multilingual candidates are a plus
