We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Revenue professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.

As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for maintaining effective communication on all reservations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Processing and confirming guest room reservations made via phone, letter, or fax.
  2. Inputting all reservations into the computer, recording all pertinent information, and attending to inquiries, complaints, and requests regarding reservations.
  3. Staying up-to-date with all hotel promotions and following established procedures to process reservations, rates, confirmations, and hotel facilities.
  4. Demonstrating complete product knowledge, understanding rate structures, and applying rate management.
  5. Maintaining an organized filing system for all correspondence and collating reports as required by the Reservations Manager or Supervisor.
  6. Promoting and maintaining good public relations to maximize business.
  7. Maintaining an accurate room status at all times.
  8. Answering all incoming calls as per Rotana standards, inputting information received via fax, and monitoring incoming emails.
  9. Organizing visa requests for hotel guests according to hotel policy and upselling whenever an opportunity is identified.
Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should possess a diploma or degree in the hospitality field and have previous experience in hotel reservations. You must be computer literate with excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in English. Additional language skills are an asset.
