Job Purpose:

The Research Manager will lead and oversee the design execution and delivery of market research projects ensuring high-quality outputs and actionable insights for clients. The role requires managing multiple research studies supervising a team of researchers and contributing to business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage end-to-end market research projects (quantitative and qualitative) across various industries.
  • Develop research proposals design methodologies and create research instruments (questionnaires discussion guides).
  • Oversee data collection data analysis and interpretation of results.
  • Prepare and present research findings and recommendations to clients.
  • Manage and mentor junior researchers and ensure team development.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients providing updates and managing expectations.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to timelines and budgets for all projects.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as analytics fieldwork and data processing.
  • Contribute to business growth by identifying client needs and proposing new research solutions.
  • Stay updated on market trends research techniques and industry developments.
  • Ensure all research activities comply with relevant ethical guidelines and company policies.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Statistics Sociology or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in a market research agency or client-side research role.
  • Proven expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent client management and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in research tools and software (e.g. SPSS Excel PowerPoint).
  • Experience with online survey platforms and data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Strong leadership team management and mentoring capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with research in different sectors: FMCG Automotive Government Healthcare etc..
  • Knowledge of advanced statistical analysis.
  • Experience with syndicated studies or customized research solutions.
