Qualifications

• UAE National (Emirati) mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a multinational or top-tier law firm.
• Strong understanding of UAE commercial and corporate legislation.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters in the UAE.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and legal documents.
• Ensure company compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
• Support the business in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and restructuring activities.
