Job summary

A financial services firm in Dubai is looking for a proactive Relationship Officer to manage client relationships within the Accounting & Tax Department. Job description

We are seeking a proactive and client focused Relationship Officer to join our Accounting & Tax Department. The role is responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating accounting and tax requirements, and acting as the key liaison between clients and internal finance teams to ensure timely and compliant service delivery.

Your Role
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding accounting, VAT, and corporate tax matters
  • Coordinate between clients and internal accounting, tax, and compliance teams
  • Follow up with clients for accounting records, supporting documents, and confirmations
  • Monitor deadlines related to financial statements, VAT returns, and Corporate Tax filings
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and explaining service scope and compliance requirements
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure clear communication at all stages
  • Support billing, renewals, and client service-related follow-ups
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in a client-facing role within an accounting, audit, tax, or professional services firm
  • Understanding of UAE VAT and corporate tax concepts (preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
