About the Role

You will act as the key point of contact between clients and the company ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout the property buying or selling process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong long‑term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns and feedback ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing and operations teams to provide clients with a smooth and efficient service experience.
  • Assist clients throughout their property journey from initial inquiry to closing and after‑sales support.
  • Organize and participate in client meetings, property visits and follow‑ups to build trust and rapport.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s property portfolio, market trends and industry developments.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate client records, reports and communication logs using CRM software.
  • Contribute to the development of customer engagement strategies to enhance retention and satisfaction.
  • Attend company meetings, training sessions and industry events to strengthen relationships and stay updated on best practices.
