About the job Registered Nurse - Surgical ICU

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Registered Nurse with 3-5 years of experience in a Surgical ICU setting. The ideal candidate will hold a DHA eligibility and license, and be available to join immediately. Fluency in Arabic is an advantage, as is previous experience working in the GCC.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and assess patients' conditions, vital signs, and progress.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
  • Operate and maintain medical equipment.
  • Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and improve skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to provide quality patient care

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Surgical ICU.
  • Valid DHA Eligibility and license.
  • Arabic speaking andGCC experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
