Job summary

A leading luxury fashion brand in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Regional Sales Administration Officer for Supply Chain. The role involves managing logistics, coordinating across markets, and maintaining critical data in SAP. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and is fluent in both English and Arabic. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for outbound deliveries from the Regional Distribution Centre.

Regional Sales Administration Officer Supply Chain
Position
  • Responsible of managing the relationship and communication flow with boutiques on replenishment and claims
  • Responsible for logistics scheduling and planning of outbound deliveries from Regional Distribution Centre to ME markets in coordination with the Supply Chain team
  • Responsible for master data maintenance/ configuration in SAP for correct order creation and scheduling
Job responsibilities
  • Project roll‑out
  • Understand different logistics flow in different markets within ME
  • Actively participate the test cases for the RDC and SAP roll‑out
  • Prepare user manuals / training materials
  • Support master data maintenance / configuration in SAP for correct order creation and scheduling
  • Core activities
  • Make the link with Central Distribution Centre sales administration in France
  • Responsible for logistics scheduling and planning of outbound deliveries, including releasing and prioritizing orders in SAP
  • Manage the parameters in SAP to correctly automate replenishment orders and new season launch orders from RDC to markets
  • Coordinate between Supply Chain and RDC for any ad hoc order arrangements
  • Coordinate between Supply Chain, RDC and ME markets for stock rebalancing and cross‑dock shipment within ME via RDC
  • Coordinate with RDC and transport on shipment arrangement
  • Apply CITES permit/ licence for export and coordinate with receiving countries for necessary import CITES permit/ licence application prior to shipment arrangements
  • Support ad hoc tasks and continuous improvement projects
Profile
  • Bachelor, preferably in Logistics or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years working experience in retail or logistics industry in ME
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities
  • Experience of licences/CITES permit handling is advantageous
  • Experience of SAP
  • Organized, detail‑minded, proactive and with problem‑solving skills
  • Able to work under multi‑tasking environment and be flexible in adapting to changing priorities
  • Experience in cross‑functional projects will be a plus
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
