The ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years in HR Operations, experience managing employee lifecycle and compliance with local labor laws. This role involves leading a team, engaging with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring efficient people operations. Proven experience in both blue-collar and white-collar environments is essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in HR Operations / People Operations, with regional exposure.
• Proven experience supporting multiple countries, preferably within the MENA region.
• Solid understanding of labor laws and immigration processes.
