This role involves overseeing PnL responsibilities, developing distribution strategies, and maintaining relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate will have an MBA and 15 years of experience in B2B distribution management, along with strong leadership and analytical skills. Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • PnL Responsibilities for the Middle East Region.
  • Develop and execute regional distribution strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage and grow B2B distribution channels, ensuring target coverage, sales growth, and market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, and key business clients.
  • Monitor and analyze regional sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
  • Manage the commercial function: Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
  • Negotiate distribution agreements, pricing, and terms with B2B partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and quality standards across all distribution operations.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on regional performance, market trends, and business opportunities.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
  • An MBA / Post Graduation in International Trade, Supply Chain, Sales, or related field.
  • Proven experience (15 years) in B2B distribution management, preferably in B2B sales.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and distribution processes.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical and results-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities across a region.
