Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Dubai is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to manage end-to-end recruitment processes across international markets. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with at least one year of experience in recruitment coordination. Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes across international markets ensuring timely progress and data accuracy.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide recruitment support.
  • Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling and feedback collection to deliver a great candidate experience.
  • Source and engage potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and other online platforms.
  • Conduct initial screenings and pre-assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Maintain all recruitment activities and updates accurately within the applicant tracking system.
  • Support the final stages of recruitment including case study coordination, reference checks and offer preparation.
  • Contribute to process improvements and team projects that enhance recruitment efficiency and quality.
Required Education

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
