A recruitment firm is seeking a BD / Sales Manager in Web3 to aid in expanding their client base. The candidate will identify new opportunities and close partnerships with scaling Web3 companies. The ideal applicant will have 2-5 years of experience in business development, a strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, and possess excellent pitching skills. This position offers a dynamic environment working with top-tier talent in the Web3 space.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or founder relations.
  • Strong familiarity with the Web3 ecosystem, ideally with founder, VC, or protocol connections.
  • Able to pitch in a founder-first tone (consultative > transactional).
  • Comfortable working in a lean team with high agency.
  • Bonus: Experience in a recruitment agency, talent platform, or early-stage Web3 startup.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential Web3 clients (protocols, DAOs, infrastructure, NFT, gaming, DePIN, etc.)
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of hiring leads and warm founder intros.
  • Pitch recruitment services and value proposition.
  • Qualify hiring needs, team structure, and urgency.
  • Collaborate with the founder and delivery team on candidate briefs.
  • Attend relevant events to source leads.

Role: BD / Sales Manager in Web3 to help expand our client base. You’ll own the top of the sales funnel, identify new opportunities, and close partnerships with Web3 companies that are scaling and hiring.

In this role, you will:

  • Identify and engage potential Web3 clients (protocols, DAOs, infrastructure, NFT, gaming, DePIN, etc.)
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of hiring leads and warm founder intros
  • Pitch Hyphen Connect’s recruitment services and value proposition
  • Qualify hiring needs, team structure, and urgency with potential clients
  • Collaborate with the founder and delivery team on candidate briefs and role execution
  • Attend relevant virtual / IRL events (ETHGlobal, hackathons, Twitter spaces, etc.) to source leads
