You can prioritize your time, demonstrate pushback and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing excellent customer service.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches, managing customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
  2. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
