Job description

About the Role: We are looking for a professional and well-presented Receptionist & admin/sales executive to join our fitness studio. This role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact, you will ensure every client receives a welcoming and seamless experience.

Location: Dubai

Salary: 3500 (for receptionist)

Salary: 3500 + commission up to 3000 AED (for admin/sales executive)

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist clients with a professional and welcoming attitude.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including class bookings, client inquiries, and payment processing.
  • Coordinate client schedules, cancellations, and package renewals with accuracy.
  • Answer phone calls and emails while attending to walk-in clients.
  • Maintain organized client records and ensure the booking system is up to date.
  • Support instructors and management with scheduling and daily operations.
  • Oversee the reception area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and aligned with studio standards.
  • Assist in promoting studio services, events, and retail items.
Requirements: FOR RECEPTIONIST
  • a professional appearance and strong communication skills.
  • 1-2 years of Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience (fitness/wellness background is an advantage).
  • Proven ability to multitask effectively and stay organized under pressure.
  • Fluent in English
  • Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented.
Requirements: FOR ADMIN/SALES
  • 1-2 years Proven experience in an administrative sales OR fitness studio
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Immediate joining
