Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet and welcome clients upon their arrival
  • Manage phone calls, schedule appointments and oversee the clinic's daily calendar
  • Provide clients with detailed information regarding aesthetic services and treatments available
  • Assist clients with check‑in and check‑out processes ensuring all forms are completed accurately
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and waiting room
  • Process payments, manage billing inquiries and assist with insurance verifications
  • Coordinate with clinic staff to optimize patient flow and ensure a seamless experience
  • Address client questions and concerns promptly and professionally
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist in an aesthetic clinic or similar environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
