We are currently looking for a professional Male / Female Receptionist to join a Hotel in Al Ain. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Arabic and will serve as the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, efficiently managing inquiries.
  • Assist with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless process for guests.
  • Coordinate appointment schedules and manage reservations.
  • Provide information on resort amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
  • Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in Arabic (both spoken and written); proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Previous experience (6 months to 1 year) as a receptionist or in a customer service role is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
