Job Description

Front Desk Management:

  • Greet and welcome visitors clients and staff with a professional and friendly demeanour.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Answer screen and redirect incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Handle client and guest inquiries effectively ensuring a positive experience.
  • Managing client appointments, property viewings and property-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate and maintain the office calendar for DHLE meetings.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy reception area.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms and arranging necessary logistics for real estate appointments.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as filing documentation and maintaining office records.
  • Support client queries ensuring they are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist with adhoc administrative tasks as requested by management or the real estate team.
  • Contribute to ensuring smooth daily operations within the office environment.
Qualification

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree in Administration preferred

Experience

Minimum 23 years of experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role with a preference for experience in the real estate industry. Familiarity with real estate terminology procedures and client management
