Overview

Real Estate Sales Agent — IMMEDIATE HIRING!! (Abu Dhabi). In-Person Interview (Abu Dhabi). We offer a very attractive commission plan and a fundamental salary (to be discussed at the meeting). At least 1 year of REAL ESTATE SALES/LEASING SPECIALIST EXPERIENCE. Join Hero Property, a broker agent company focused on innovation, teamwork, and personalized solutions to help buyers and renters with their property search. The ideal candidate will identify potential clients, understand their criteria, and locate properties that fit their requirements. You will discuss lease/sale and drive our buyers to close. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive success.

Responsibilities
  • Generate client results in purchase, market, and rent a residential property.
  • Guide clients on market conditions, pricing, and mortgages.
  • Establish a market price by contrasting properties.
  • Create lists of real estate sale properties, with location, features, square footage, etc.
  • Show properties to prospective buyers and renters.
  • Present offers to vendors.
  • Assist in negotiations between buyers and vendors.
  • Evaluate purchase agreements to ensure terms are fulfilled.
  • Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
  • Prepare commitment contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.
  • Maintain your real estate expertise.
Qualifications
  • Must be in good standing with the local real estate board, or an inactive agent who can instantly join the team.
  • Experience with sales.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of the local residential real estate market.
  • 1–2 years of Real Estate Sales or Leasing Consultant experience.
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Language: Arabic (Needed).
  • License/Certification: Chauffeur's license (Required).

Job Type: Full Time. Wage: Up to AED 4,000 per month.
