Responsibilities

• Hands-on in setting up and building Agents Network / Channel Partners in assigned Geographies.
• Build and manage the network in the specified markets (e.g., Arab base in Dubai or Egypt for North Africa markets).
• Collaborate with Real Estate Developers / FMCG / Insurance sectors where distribution background is required.

Qualifications

• Brings 10+ years of experience.
• Experience in building and scaling networks / channels in real estate markets.
• Industry open to Real Estate Developers / FMCG / Insurance with distribution background.
• Position(s) based in Dubai, UAE.
• Nationality & Markets: Egyptian based in Egypt or Dubai handling Real Estate Sales; Lebanese handling Africa Markets based in Lebanon. Position(s) based in Dubai, UAE.
• Sales Agent roles (Manager / Associate Director / Director level).
• Salary range 18 – 32 K, depending on seniority and internal parity.
