Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and drive transit mixer trucks to deliver ready-mix concrete from batching plant to construction sites
• Ensure concrete mix remains in correct condition during transit (slump control drum rotation)
• Safely navigate Dubai roads, construction zones, and plant routes
• Communicate with dispatchers and project sites for delivery timing and adjustments
• Maintain cleanliness of mixer drum and vehicle after each delivery
• Inspect vehicle before trips and report any maintenance issues
• Record delivery logs timesheets and load details
• Adhere to UAE road laws, company driving policies and site safety instructions

Requirements

• Proven experience driving ready-mix or heavy-duty vehicles
• Knowledge of concrete behavior and handling during transit
• Familiarity with Dubai city roads and traffic rules
• Must possess a valid UAE Heavy Driving License Category 4
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks (cleaning drum, minor vehicle checks)
• 2-4 years in UAE/GCC preferred
