Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years experience in rail/metro OCS SCADA and communication systems.
• Proven track record on GCC-based metro/rail projects; RTA experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with international standards such as IEC, IEEE and EN.

Responsibilities

• Manage design implementation and testing of OCS SCADA and telecom systems.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and OEMs to align interfaces.
• Ensure systems meet RTA requirements safety standards and operational KPIs.
• Conduct technical reviews, interface assessments, and performance validations.
• Support integration of control systems into the central operational architecture.
