We are seeking an innovative and analytical R&D Biomedical Engineer to join our healthcare technology team. In this role, you will work on the research, design, and development of novel biomedical devices, diagnostics, and technologies that push the boundaries of modern medicine. Ideal for engineers passionate about scientific discovery, product innovation, and improving patient outcomes.
Conduct research and feasibility studies on new medical technologies and concepts
Design, prototype, and test biomedical devices and systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical, mechanical, software, and regulatory experts
Analyze experimental and testing data to refine product performance
Contribute to scientific publications, patent applications, and regulatory documentation
Ensure R&D projects comply with relevant medical device regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA, MDR)
Assist in technology transfer from lab to manufacturing or clinical trial phase
Bachelors or Masters degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field
1–3 years of experience in R&D, product development, or biomedical research (internships considered)
Strong background in biomaterials, mechanics, instrumentation, or physiology
Proficiency in CAD design (e.g., SolidWorks), simulation software (e.g., COMSOL, MATLAB), or lab instrumentation
Understanding of medical device development lifecycle
Strong analytical thinking, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Bonus: Experience working in a regulated laboratory or ISO/FDA-compliant environment
