Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in quarry or mining operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Strong experience in hard rock quarry operations (preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of quarry operations, HSE regulations, and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end quarry operations including drilling, blasting, and material handling.
• Ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.
• Develop and manage budgets, cost controls, and profitability targets.
