KN International is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support the client in managing cost control, BOQ, and contract administration for residential villas and associated infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction cost management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure projects are executed within budget and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take overall responsibility for cost management, BOQ preparation, and contract administration for assigned projects.
  • Develop and implement cost control strategies and procedures to optimize project costs and minimize expenses.
  • Conduct cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring accurate cost estimations and monitoring actual costs against budgets.
  • Monitor project costs throughout the project lifecycle, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions.
  • Administer contracts, review and negotiate contract terms, pricing, and variations in collaboration with legal and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, monitor contractor performance, and manage claims or change orders.
  • Evaluate vendor proposals, conduct prequalification, and participate in vendor selection processes.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships, monitor compliance, and review/approve vendor invoices and payments.
  • Generate regular reports on project costs, cost variances, contract performance, and provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather cost data, validate expenses, and provide guidance on cost‑related matters.

Required Qualifications & Skills
