Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in residential and hospitality projects within Abu Dhabi.
• In-depth knowledge of residential developments, regulations, and best practices.
• Experience producing and meeting requirements of Inspection and Test Plans.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce project-specific QA and QC procedures.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures align with client's quality policy and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits of the Construction Supervision Consultant's systems.
