Job summary

A leading construction company in Dubai is seeking a QA/QC Engineer with hands-on experience in Precast/Ready Mix Concrete operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with quality standards, liaise with Dubai Municipality for testing and approvals, and conduct inspections and tests. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 4-6 years in QA/QC within the concrete industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years of QA/QC experience in the precast or ready mix concrete industry.
• Proven experience handling submissions, testing protocols and approvals.
• Strong understanding of concrete mix designs and material testing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all quality standards for precast and ready mix products.
• Liaise with the Dubai Municipality Central Lab for testing and approvals.
• Conduct inspections and tests at all stages of production.
• Maintain and review QA/QC documentation and records.
• Identify non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
