Responsibilities (selected roles)

• Recruitment and onboarding processes, collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs.
• Lead and manage sales teams, develop sales strategies, monitor performance, and maintain client relationships.
• Guide clients through real estate transactions, including market research, negotiations, and paperwork.
• Develop marketing and outreach strategies to attract clients and candidates; maintain CRM and recruitment or sales data.
• Coordinate with finance, marketing, and operations to align company goals.

Qualifications (selected roles)

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (e.g., Human Resources, Business, Marketing).
• 2+ years of recruitment experience for HR roles; 3+ years of sales/real estate management experience for Sales/Manager roles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and standard office tools; valid real estate license where applicable.
