The Job
A property consultant advises clients on buying, selling, and renting properties by managing the entire transaction process. Key responsibilities include market research, property analysis, client needs assessment, marketing, and negotiation to help clients achieve their property investment goals.
Core responsibilities
- Client advisory : Provide expert advice to clients on property decisions, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Transaction management : Handle all aspects of property transactions, including negotiations, securing financing information, and completing necessary legal documentation.
- Market analysis : Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify viable options, evaluate property values, and stay updated on market trends.
- Property marketing : Market and list properties for sale or lease, which includes creating advertising, managing property listings, and conducting property viewings or virtual tours.
- Client and relationship management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other industry professionals through direct communication and networking.
- CRM and record-keeping : Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and negotiations in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
The Profile
- You have at least 3 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate.
