About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our Dubai office and lead endtoend delivery of highrise residential and mixeduse developments. This is a businesscritical and urgent hire requiring a seniorlevel professional who can hit the ground running bring structure and leadership and act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team.

You will be instrumental in setting up the development function managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring successful execution from land acquisition through to handover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full project lifecycle: from feasibility master planning and design development to procurement construction and handover.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships including contractors consultants authorities and internal teams.
  • Oversee selection and performance of project management consultants; review deliverables to ensure adherence to time cost and quality objectives.
  • Interface with government entities and regulatory authorities including Dubai Municipality RERA DEWA DLD and Civil Defence to obtain necessary approvals and permits.
  • Build and lead an internal project development team defining roles processes and execution frameworks.
  • Drive commercial viability by aligning project scope with financial models feasibility studies and business targets.
  • Lead design and value engineering reviews to optimize costs and enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain project controls including risk mitigation reporting budgeting and scheduling.
  • Provide highlevel insights to the leadership team and contribute to strategic planning and decisionmaking.
Candidate Profile
  • 10 to15 years of progressive experience in real estate development within the UAE ideally with a focus on highrise residential or mixeduse projects.
  • Proven track record of leading multiple successful projects with prominent developers or consultancy firms.
  • Deep familiarity with UAE development regulations and procedures especially in Dubai.
  • Demonstrated ability to build teams manage complex stakeholders and take ownership of project delivery.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of real estate investment and development metrics.
  • Fluent in project management tools cost control systems and reporting structures.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset passionate about real estate and motivated by the opportunity to build something from the ground up.
  • Excellent leadership communication and strategic advisory skills.
