Position: Project Manager

Salary Range: AED 15,000 – 23,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end management of interior fit-out and retail projects, from initiation to handover.
  • Lead day-to-day project operations, including planning, scheduling, material coordination, and site execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with clients, ensuring all expectations, design requirements, and deliverables are clearly understood and met.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Technical, Production, Procurement, Estimation, and Logistics) to ensure timely project deliverables.
  • Review design drawings, technical details, and construction documents, raising RFIs where clarification is required.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions promptly.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure timely execution, quality compliance, and adherence to project plans.
  • Conduct regular site visits to supervise installation progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings, RAMS, and HSE procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain project trackers, installation schedules, snag lists, daily/weekly reports, and handover documents.
  • Ensure that long-lead items, materials, and production orders are raised on time to avoid operational delays.
  • Conduct regular coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams to review progress and resolve issues.
  • Drive project profitability by controlling budgets, managing variations, optimizing resources, and preventing rework.
  • Guarantee that all workmanship, materials, and installation activities meet A3 Designs quality standards.
  • Oversee final snag clearance and assist in the smooth handover of completed projects to the client.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing fit-out, joinery, or retail interior projects in the UAE.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
  • Excellent understanding of technical drawings (joinery, metal, acrylic), materials, and production processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and document control platforms such as SharePoint.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage fast-track, high-volume projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, effective decisions on-site.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage tight deadlines.
